It leverages on the European Committee for Standardisation Workshop Agreement delivered by the TRAIN4SUSTAIN project. Focusing on 4 dimensions of construction skills and many building-related areas, the Train4Sustain CEN Workshop Agreement develops a pre-Standard that facilitates the understanding and transnational recognition of sustainable competences across Europe. The CEN Workshop Agreement together with the European Skills Registry are connected tools to evaluate, score and report in a comparable and harmonised way the level of competence, skills and knowledge of white and blue-collar workers in sustainable buildings.
The European Skills Registry allows
-
building professionals across the EU to measure their level of competence against the CEN pre-Standard in a digital environment
-
project owners, like public authorities, to easily set up the competencies and skills they need for their construction project
-
scheme owners and training providers to view and edit their schemes and courses based on unique Learning Outcomes
-
experts to enhance their knowledge in specific fields based on their evaluation results and passport
