Skills Passport

The Skills Passport is a tool to foster easy and practical comparison of skill levels among different professions on a transnational level. The Passport can be used to proof equivalence of qualification schemes within the EU or neighbouring states. The Passport could become and additional document or annex to complement existing certificates for qualifications. It will support professionals of each profession to proof their level of qualification to clients using the new competence quality standard. National scheme operators also will have the benefit of being able to have a clear document stating the skill level of a professional, which will facilitate the mutual recognition of qualification in the EU
